First and foremost, the food is absolutely fantastic. The chef ensures that every customer receives a top-quality breakfast, making it a memorable start to the day. Having traveled to over 40 countries, I can confidently say that it’s rare to find such a dedicated cooking staff outside of a Michelin 3-star restaurant. The management team is equally exceptional, going out of their way to assist with navigating around Nepal and making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The front desk staff are super friendly and courteous, always greeting guests with warm smiles. The doorman welcomes each guest with genuine hospitality, adding a personal touch to the stay.

Once I made the booking through Booking.com, received a message from Mr.Keshab Khanal introducing himself and mentioned to contact him for any assistance required for our stay. Again on the day of our arrival, received a message enquiring about our arrival time. That's a great way of welcoming. As I had earlier booked a room with 3 beds, the hotel themselves changed to a better room to accommodate 4 of us. The stay was pleasant. Location in the heart of the city. With numerous shops, restaurants and money exchanges around. Superb breakfast. Rooms were cleaned every day. And all staff were very helpful. Mr.Keshab was in touch throughout our stay of 4 days. This is a great hotel in Thamel. Compared to many similar standard hotels around the area, this stands out. It's really clean, the facilities are good. The room and bathroom are well kept. The plumbing is modern and the showers are hot! No dripping taps or cracked tiles like so many other places have... these things really matter! Air con is quiet and efficient, lovely big windows open for fresh air. Great garden where you can take your breakfast and the staff are lovely and helpful. It's a great place and I'll happily book The Samsara again.

Following are my personal experience about the stay in the hotel: 1. Location : Great. You can reach all most all tourist places easily. 2. Staff : Great. Very polite staff. Checkin, checkout and all requests are addressed very decently, politely and well mannered. 3. Room cleanliness and room service : Superb. AC, toilets, bed, outdoor views, space and all amenities inside room are really well maintained. 4. Buffet Breakfast : Very healthy, tasty, neat and clean food. 5. Peaceful: No noise, even though it is in the main market. Surprisingly. 6. Enough parking space: for your Car. 7. Good security at gate 8. Very attractive entrance, lounge, outside park to rest and watch nature. I enjoyed everything at Samsara Boutique hotel and really recommend this hotel for family stay. I’ve stayed at the Samsara Boutique Hotel twice, and let me tell you, it’s a hidden gem in Kathmandu! The rooms are spotless, the beds are super comfy, and there’s always plenty of hot water for those long, relaxing showers. The location? Absolutely phenomenal! It’s centrally located, so you can walk everywhere, yet it’s tucked away on a side street, offering peace and quiet. Plus, they have off-street parking and a cozy outdoor area with covered tables for lounging. The breakfast buffet is delicious, and their coffees and cappuccinos are exceptional—seriously, they’re a must-try! A friend of mine booked another hotel thinking it was better, but he only lasted one night before switching to the Samsara. Trust me, this place is a true gem!

The location is perfect, in the center of Themal. The breakfast is good with a variety of choices, the staff are friendly, polite and helpful. It provided all basic facilities and stable hot water, which is important in winter. I am happy to have hairdryer. The room is clean. At night, it is not noisy.

May be everything I liked. Airport pickup service & service of the relationship officer along with their manager Mr Keshab was very warming and helpful. Decor & cleanliness of the room, service of the room attendant, & off course there complimentary breakfast was really great. One morning we've missed our breakfast for the reason of our delayed Everest flight. But they managed to serve fresh breakfast for us. Last but not the least it was most enjoyable but affordable visit at this property.

Hotel location is right in the middle of Touristic Thamel area. Basantpur Durbar square is just 1.5 Kms walking distance away. Other attractions are close by too. In our Nepal tour this hotel played a very important role as the Taxi booking was managed by Hotel manager Mr Keshab. It was a smooth execution from beginning till end also we had flexibility to transfer money from our indian SBI account to their Nepal SBI account number. All staffs were super friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and quantity was more than sufficient. Good spread for breakfast. Overall a must recommendation.

Love that Samsara the rooms were spacious, clean, and even had a big window with garden view. The complimentary airport pick-up is also a cool bonus. Soon after i booked the room, Mr. Keshav contacted me and collected my flight timing - and on the day of flight, I had a pick-up car ready and waiting for me. The best part of the hotel are its staff members. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay!

Location - This hotel is in Thamel market which is a great location. It is very close to all the touristic destinations. Breakfast - They have decent options available for breakfast Dinner - We were at this hotel with my parents & the food here was amazing - just like home-cooked meals. They prepare the food fresh & serve hot. We ended up eating at the hotel every evening. Room - rooms sizes are big enough to accomodate 3 people easily. They have ACs & decent bathrooms Hotel staff was very nice & helping . They listened to us and acted promptly to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They also helped us with the transportation and plan up our itinerary for 3/4 days while we were there.
